Automatically change status when reference a GitHub issue

1. Create issue in GH
2. Create PR
3. Set "Closes #XXX" (where "XXX" is the GH reference ID, not Linear's)

Expected: Linear moves it to progress/review etc Actual: Nothing happens in Linear

This would be very useful to me as well since right now, what I'm ending up doing is double linking with closing keywords. It would be good if this could be handled in both directions with either one of the github ID or the linear ID in the PR.
