running cal.com locally performance is unusable.

I have 2020 14" macbook pro, and the performance of running cal.com locally using yarn dx is simply unusable. It takes about 5 minutes to open any new route. Hot reload also takes a few minutes for every change. CPU is constantly at about 100% and the main processes hogging it are next-router-worker (1.4gb memory at times) and node. Docker seems to use very little CPU or memory. No other process is using over 5% CPU during that, and I quit almost all other apps. I wanted to work on some issues, but it's just impossible. Anu ideas why?
