Implement the onboarding wizard to create a new organization.

NIT: Can be fixed later on

1. change error message when email address is added in wrong format

2. the focussed input box is very close to button

Getting 400 bad request when entering code.

@Udit-takkar is there any delay between you click to get the code and you get it? The code expires supposedly in 90 seconds, it should give time to receive it by email and enter it.

@leog i entered the code well before 90 seconds. not sure what was wrong before but now It works fine.
