[CAL-1809] Link Routing Fields to Event Type Fields

When a user submits a routing form, it would be great to link fields for it to be pass through to the event-type.

I.e. if I have a company size field in my routing form, I can also create a "company size" field in my event-type and the routing data will be sent through to the booking when the attendee is sent to the event type to book a meeting.

@shirazdole This PR was done recently https://github.com/calcom/cal.com/pull/8780 which takes care of prefilling the responses from Routing Form to the routed event type. Do you mean to be able to automatically create the field as well in the event-type?
