Canceling a meeting while scheduling can still send a email.

Issue Summary

While submitting a meeting request and waiting for it to complete, a cancel button is shown. Pressing this cancel button can result in a meeting scheduled email to still be sent.

Perhaps the email sending should be triggered at a later stage in the process, i.e. async after other transactional confirmation. or remove this cancel button and provide other meeting cancellation possibility.

What user stories is this cancel button currently providing for?

P.S. the submission was accidental due to unexpected shift+return submitting the request. Hence using the cancel button.
