CAL-1555: Show correct team avatars

What does this PR do?

Don't show team avatars when non is set, and make sure to set correct one when it IS set (logo instead of avatar). Before the team logo was showing the avatar even when it wasn't set (which then shows letters). Now we only show it when the avatar actually is set in the profile of the team. Otherwise it's hidden. This PR also moves the team logo to the front (so first avatar), like used to be the case in the current booker.
