Deep links to Favicon, Apple-Touch-Icon etc. sould be replaced with ex. `/api/logo?type=favicon`

When I use White label or an Ultimate License the favicon, apple-touch-icon, mstile, etc. isn't customized.

These type of logos should be automatically generated by the /api/logo endpoint. The final url could be /api/logo?type=favicon

The api/logo endpoint currently supports either full-sized or icon-sized images (appLogo or appLogoIcon in the Team table).

There isn't any UI at the moment to set either of those logos, nor – as far as I can tell – any documentation of what sizes are expected in each.

I'll raise a draft PR that resolves all of our different type of icons to either appLogo or appLogoIcon (smaller icons, probably just favicons) for now – and we can discuss if that's good enough? If need be, we can add new database columns for different sizes?
