Unable to assign workflows to event types

Steps to Reproduce

(for example) Went to workflows, created a new action, updated it, assigneds event types disappeared.
now i`m unable to assign it to any events.
even though it exists.

Hi @lucaseatp, can you please try to create a new workflow specific for the Exmed team. Then its should show all the team event types
