[CAL-815] Automatically add calendar invitation to user's calendar
Not sure if this is implemented. But every calendar confirmation received in the email is not automatically added to the user's calendar (e.g: Outlook) and they forget the meeting.

This will vary on each calendar app and would need to investigate/implement individually.
People are failing our booked meetings almost everytime because they said it didn't show up in their calendar...so this is a huge issue and important feedback.
Would be very very useful, right now every one says they booked but nothing shows on their calendar, so I have to message everyone with a remember notice 😅

I seem to systematically experience this issue with people that book in my calendar, while their email is on Microsoft Outlook & Team (I'm on Google Workspace). So far it happened:
- Feb 22, two staffs remember at Orrick didn't get a confirmation or an event in their calendar.
- Two other times in Jan I don't remember exactly.
I will keep this list up to date with more occurrences, as they happen, it will help debug.
