[CAL-657] Cal.com self-hosted templates

Provide different templates for the admin user that brings up the admin wizard for the first time, in order to customize their instance for different needs, like health, education, etc. This would define different predefined event types and perinatales apps for each kind of template, and any other sort of customization. Much like Next.js provides different templates like “Platform” or ecommerce
