Enourage meeting times that maximize uninterupted time

I was just speaking with friend who works at Facebook. He said they have an internal tool for scheduling meetings that nudges you towards scheduling times that maximizes uninterrupted time for all participants.

Use Cases:

• Example 1: I have availability from 8am - noon. I want people to schedule meetings for right at 8am or 11:30am, instead of in the middle. If someone already scheduled a meeting with me at 8am then the next best time is 8:30am.
• Example 2: I can be on a call at 7am if I have to. But I'd prefer a call no early than 8am.

Possible UI:

• Option 1: When you first click on a date it shows the "preferred times" and there could be a button to expand and see all available times.
• Option 2: Each available time slot has an indicator showing if the time is preferred or not.
