[CAL-518] Fix availability troubleshooter

It's has been outdated for a while and now has several bugs with timezones and day with multiple hour schedules.

It should be first class citizen if you ask me. That's the main user facing debugging tool that we have.

I would be actually happy if it would be working, especially for debugging CalDAV it is super helpful. Right now I can't use it for debugging, as it is buggy itself. Bildschirm­foto 2023-02-25 um 20 50 10

Only one single event should be visible for the 01.03.

Please please consider raising the priority of fixing this availability debugger. It's super important that we can debug availability, otherwise if something goes wrong with how cal.com is displaying availability and there's no obvious reason then the entire platform becomes crippled to the point of being totally unusable. That's the situation I'm in right now. I have about 80 calendars across 3 Google accounts but even with only about 20 of them being enabled under cal.com I have no realistic way to figure out what's going wrong.

They won't use it if it doesn't work :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: So this is a self-fulfilling prophecy if the lack of usage is used to justify not fixing it.

Also it won't be used if it's hard to find, which I'd suggest it currently is - see calendly for a way to make it more discoverable:

And it needs to be easy to use too. Again, it's worth learning from Calendly here, who have done a really good job with the UI:

Just noting for reference that https://cal.com/blog/v-3-5 announced:

We have a really exciting feature right around the corner enabling you to troubleshoot your availability right from inside Cal.com with a highly visual calendar UI. With our troubleshooter, you will be able to see any time you’re not available and see exactly why you’re not available at that time. This will cover events coming from your calendar, your times from your availability schedule, and any date overrides you may have added. This feature will be released within the next week.
