Allows tree shaking unused modules

What does this PR do?

• Marks all packages as "side effect" free which all SHOULD be unless I'm mistaken
• This will allow correct behavior for webpack tree shaking
• Noticed some minor gains in some pages locally (up to 20kb of bundle size reduction)
