Payment support for recurring events

Goals

When creating a recurring event type, you will not be able to enable payment at this moment. See https://github.com/calcom/cal.com/pull/2755#issuecomment-1127909439. The idea is to be able to support payment for that kind of event type.

last-minute rescheduled should almost never refund in my opinion.
