Show rescheduled bookings correctly on insights/routing

1. Currently the original booking (which has been rescheduled) is displayed as "Cancelled". It should be "Rescheduled", which is not a part of our booking status, though.
2. We should also add a new filter "Rescheduled". It is still not a part of our booking status, so we may need some custom logic to filter that way.
