Feature: Add support for group scheduling via polling (Doodle-style)
Is your proposal related to a problem?
Yes. Cal.com is excellent for scheduling one-on-one meetings, but it quickly reaches its limits when trying to coordinate a time between multiple participants.
For example, in a typical B2B setting, I might want to schedule a call with someone at another company, and they want to include a colleague. Since they may not be in the same office or timezone, they need to align internally before using my booking link — which causes unnecessary friction. This is especially cumbersome in remote-first environments. Tools like Doodle have solved this problem years ago.
Describe the solution you'd like
I’d like to see a polling feature integrated into Cal.com, where the organizer can propose several time options and share them with multiple participants. Once common availability is found, Cal should automatically confirm the meeting and send the invite to all parties.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Doodle, SimplyMeet.me, and SavvyCal support multi-participant scheduling through polls. However, having this functionality natively in Cal.com would avoid the need to switch tools and maintain a consistent user experience.
Additional context
This is a frequent blocker in real-world usage: Cal works great for 1:1 scheduling but falls short for collaborative or external multi-person meetings. A native polling feature would make Cal a serious contender in that space.
Requirement/Document
No formal documents needed. You can reference existing workflows from Doodle or SavvyCal for how this could work in practice.
