[CAL-5291] Embed stuck in loading state for some users

Due to twitter request/or may be GTM requests being too slow in China or elsewhere, embed can get stuck in loading state.

+1 here, in some locations of Russia the widget isn't loading until request to https://static.ads-twitter.com/uwt.js timeouts Works fine if there is an ad blocker that blocks this request right away
