[CAL-5043] event-type: option to enforce a language for the booking page (default: visitors browser language)

right now we always show the interface in the language of the visitors browser

a few customers would like to set a fixed language of the UI, irregardless of the visitors browser:

we should add a dropdown of all our supported languages, at the top it should still have the default:

• "Visitor's browser language"

the supported languages can be found in "General Settings" https://app.cal.com/settings/my-account/general

Hi, as mentioned in the original issue, it should be in the Event Setup:

we should add a dropdown of all our supported languages, at the top it should still have the default:
