Ability to disable checking calendar for conflicts at the event level

Our platform uses cal.com to handle scheduling events with therapists. We provide the ability for users to book events, and for therapists to book their own events.

In the later case, therapists often run into issues where they have a hold on their calendar, or some other event, so they're unable to schedule through our platform. In this case, we'd like to turn off checking their calendar for conflicts, and only look at the availability they've set.

Describe the solution you'd like

A checkbox on the event settings page to "Disable checking calendar for conflicts".

Describe alternatives you've considered

There doesn't appear to be an alternative via cal.com right now, the option we've considered is not scheduling events with cal.com in this case though that's not ideal.
