This is happening for me with the default Cal Video. I added Zoom, and I'm not having this issue. I'm unable to add Google Calendar app. Self-Hosted as well.

My environment is app.cal.com

I have that problem too. Although only Teams and Zoom are available in the event, when a user submits the form, the calendar invite contains a Cal Vido link which I don't want and I get the message There was a problem adding a video link.

In settings, Teams is the default. Cal Video can't be removed. I am not using a supported account for Cal Video anyway so this is quite absurd. 25-01-10 Conferencing__Cal com_and_3_more_pages_-_Work_-_Mi 1938 1561x692

Did anyone find a solution to this? It's simply absurd that you can't remove Cal Video, especially considering that it's causing trouble

Same issue here, self hosted.

@mrkylegp I was able to solve this by disabling the Cal Video functionality for each Event Type. You can do that by:

  1. Create a new Event Type
  2. Go to "Advanced"
  3. Disable "Send Cal Video Transcription Emails"
