[CAL-2997] Changing "conferencing" app for existing events is unintuitive

Quick walkthrough of Mark and my experience:

• Decide to change conferencing to Google Meet
• Go to event, no clear way to change
• Go to Settings, "conference" option not under team, only for personal settings
• Find apps page and install Google Meet app
• Set Google Meet as default under "conferences"
• Go back to team event
• Hunt for awhile before realizing "location" is where you go to change the conference link
• Add correct "location" of google meet
• Book test meeting
• Realize the link for old conferencing solution was still there
• Go back to event settings, delete all locations, re-add the "default organizer" option (with no clue if it works or what it's bound to)
• Book ANOTHER test meeting, confirm everything is good
• Text Peer complaining about it

Expected experience:

• Go to event settings
• Scroll til I see the word "conference" somewhere
• Click dropdown to change it to Google Meet

at least preinstall google meet for google calendar users?

This is the biggest issue IMO, we get zero info in this dialogue. Only way to know it worked was to do a test booking

It's confusing that you can choose "Cal Video (Global)" or "Organizer Default", why aren't other installed apps available?

Could we get an update on resolving the Google Meet integration for events? It's still challenging to change conferencing apps, leading to calendar invites missing meeting links even when Google Meet is set as default.

Any progress or temporary fixes available?
