Missing availability in booking page
Issue Summary
I have a user on self-hosted, where they have a slot in the calendar that's free, but it's not shown in the booking page. If I manually navigate to the correct time: "date=2023-10-09&month=2023-10&slot=2023-10-09T15%3A30%3A00.000Z" it lets me book in completely.
They're using Apple Calendar if this is related.
Steps to Reproduce
Not sure if it's just a kink in the connection to Apple Calendar, but he just has a lot in his calendar all the time. Confirmed the calendars monitored have nothing at the slot that's not showing up.
Booking in with the forced date URL still works.
The slot I refer to is 16:30 BST today.
Actual Results
Not slot shows up, but forcing the booking date works and books succesfully.
Expected Results
The slot that's free in the calendar should be showing, interestingly - the slot does show in a shorter event type, showing that he is available 16:45 - 17:00 but not at 16:30, which I can see has nothing in the calendar.
Technical details
- Chrome latest, firefox, safari
- Node LTS

@pratik9818 are u able to solve this issue??
@victorray84 I could not solve it , you can try !
@PeerRich how have we ended up at 'Low priority' here? Having slots missing is pretty essential and is somewhat a core element of a booking system?
Facing the same issue as OP! @PeerRich @Hybes I tried setting up the exact same schedule in calendly with the same google calendar I use also for cal.com. In calendly the missing slot is visible!
this one still shouldn't be stale
I'm facing a similar issue where lots of dates that are basically empty show as unavailable. I'm using CalDav.
