Naming/describing/labeling save states

Instead of remembering numbers from 0-9. Maybe put the name in a header, and keep Sv0-9 in the appvars' names.

This seems like overkill. It would create more code for a feature that I feel would not be used (no offense). I like the current system.

Well, it could be neat to have a "description" that appears when you select the state in the menu. Though it might have to be a limited number of characters for screen space reasons.

That's fine. Basically just something that can let me differentiate different saves.
