Make turbo toggle stay on even after exiting and going back?

It'd be convenient if this was added, but, it's not really necessary.

I think I like the idea of having an option where you can set the default to on or off. In the case that you set "hold" instead of "toggle" mode, it would be inverted so turbo is always on unless you hold the button.

Of course, this option would be even better with per-game configurations, which is a separate issue...
