Why do we use `param["url"]` as a unique connection pool key?

Hey all 🙂 I'm wondering if there was delibrate reason `param["url"]` was chosen as the [connection pool key](https://github.com/jazzband/django-redis/blob/4e7f2d472929b317b3135f84ccd62d675e32a810/django_redis/pool.py#L110) in the `ConnectionFactory`? Two cache configurations could still have the same URL....
