Allow deploy_serial to update >1 server at a time

(Entirely optional). Add parameter to tell deploy_serial to replace multiple servers at a time, e.g. adding ",batchsize=3" would take down 3 servers at a time and wait for their replacements to come up, rather than just 1 at a time.
