Your demo seems to work for me - I think rawgithub is just a little unreliable - it's only designed for quick prototyping I think

Hi cakey, Thank you for taking time to respond, really appreciated. Issue is fixed now after changing the folder names to lowercase, I think rawgit is case sensitive to find out the right path. very nice tool, easy to setup for quick online demo's.
