Widgets are missing touch states

Almost all Widgets in the app are missing touch states. With couple of exceptions, like the big submit button, which has touch state but it's way too subtle and easy to miss.

The touch feedback is essential to any good UX. Missing touch states creates a feeling of app being unfinished and makes touch behaviours feel uncontrollable. For a wallet app this diminishes trust.

This is inherited in new iPad app version. All touch areas have no feedback, is like touching a dead body, a stone.
