[feature] Add NFC support

Monerujo currently supports NFC payments to a physical device broadcasting a Monero URI. Can we get it added to Cake and start pushing in-person point of sale tech/tap to pay?

I would like to see Cake Wallet support this feature in both Android and iOS and take it a step further if possible- tapping a phone to a point of sale broadcasting a Monero URI over NFC with a phone with the screen off should turn on the phone display and prompt to open Cake Wallet / trigger for payment;

Alternatively, it would be very cool if on iOS (for example), Cake could use the Apple Payment Card API - you tap on a PoS broadcasting a Monero URI and you have a Cake Wallet 'credit card' that gets prompted to be used via touch ID, etc.
