Hi @stemy2 , Can you give us more details about the issue? Were you trying to buy Monero from a Bitcoin wallet? Which wallet were you on? And if you can share the address that you were trying to use
I just tried to buy monero from the internal system proposed by the app Cake Wallet. When i ask it to buy some amount of monero, it ask me to choose a provider from a list with DEX as the only entry.
Ok, but can you confirm which wallet you are trying from? Is it a Monero wallet, a Bitcoin wallet, or something else and if you can share the address that you are trying to deposit to, it should be displayed beside the XMR currency on the screen
I received a somewhat similar error message while using my Bitcoin wallet to purchase BTC with DFX.swiss:
It would be very helpful to know the address.
Hi, I also get this when attempting to buy monero from my monero wallet. v4.26.0 on android 13

thanks for replying. my wallet has multiple addresses and I was using this one

However I just went into my addresses in the receive tab and after switching it to the main address (starting 49B) and back to the subaddress it started working
Thank you!
We're looking into it now.
If it suddenly works again due to a change of address, then it is probably a problem in the implementation of Cake and not a DFX problem.
