[Feature Request] Allow setting block explorer URL/option to a Tor address/explorer

I've noticed that the current option for viewing a transaction in a block explorer is hard-coded to xmrchain.net in clearnet, and cannot be set to another explorer or use Tor in any way.

It would be great to at least be able to specify where this is going, but hopefully also include an option of opening the URL in Tor browser/going to a Tor-native address.

Viewing your own transactions on clearnet can be extremely detrimental to privacy.

Seems like the hardcoded link can be changed&rebuilt. Would this work for now?

The relevant file clearly is stating the URLs to be used, and this means it is relying on a third-party service.

A simple selection dialog in some setting(s) might suffice.

We have our own Monero explorer now, which should work over Tor. We'll get a Tor address for it, and find a way to automatically use Tor if it's available.
