Add instructions to build .ipa (IOS app)

There is howto-build-android.md file which explain how to build the android app, add another file that explain the steps to build ios app and mention it in README.md file as well

The new instructions are at not merged yet MR #213 , I don't have free time to build iOS version soon, may do it later this year, having yaml for CI building like gitlab CI or github actions would be helpful as well (or a script to build the app), last time it took back & forth from the instructions to be able to compile android app successfully in container: https://github.com/cake-tech/cake_wallet/issues/109#issuecomment-817337902
