Support for ILRepack

It would be nice it fhere was an option to ILMerge build output (eg. for building Cake Addins)

@pascalberger what would this look like? A post build task?

When I have had to do ILMerge'ing before, I have used the Fody addin called Costura, so it is done as part of the compilation step.

Would be happy to accept a PR on this.

Have a look at what @phillipsj has done on his addin projects to get this to work within MSBuild.

While I still want to have this at some point, I am going to bump this from the 2.0.0 milestone.
