This package is specifically pinned at 0.7.0, as later packages are shipping the .Net Global Tool version of the application, and here we want to specifically use the full .Net Framework version. Keeping this PR open so that it isn't prompted for again.

Just thinking.

We could maybe merge this pull request (after a small update) when Cake.Recipe gets updated to target Cake 1.0.0. My reasoning is basically because we no longer need to call --bootstrap when that happens. Not sure if there are other implications though.
