Website font color is hard to read

@sharwell mentioned that the color of the links is hard to read. I've noticed that it hasn't been the most efficient for my eyes to scan.

To follow accessibility guidelines, it looks like the current colors for rows with mouse hover require above 18pt normal font or bold above 14pt. The current colors for odd rows require the same thing.

So more contrast is needed. The beige hasn't been my favorite, either, but I wouldn't know what to recommend.
