Addin APIs not linking to core symbols

For an example see ICakeContext here: http://cakebuild.net/api/Cake.AppVeyor/AppVeyorAliases/56F2DB15 - it should be linked to the documentation for ICakeContext but it's not.

I'm tracking this at https://github.com/statiqdev/Statiq.Web/issues/493 and hope to have a fix soon. It'll require a PR to the Cake website to switch from using raw source for the API to project files (the generated output will be the same).
