Overwrite Description and/or Categories for some of the newly analyzed addins

The AddinDiscoverer is no longer requiring the ProjectUrl in an addin's nuspec which means that several addins were recently added to the auditing process. However, several of these addins are missing a proper description or meaningful tags.

@pascalberger suggested we should manually edit the Description and/or Categories for the following addins:

• [ ] Cake.NUnitRetry
• [ ] Cake.OctoVersion
• [ ] Cake.Parallel.Module
• [ ] Cake.SquareLogo
