List relevant blog posts on specific topics

Community has written a lot of useful blog post which we list at https://cakebuild.net/community/resources/blogs. It would be helpful if we also would list relevant blog posts on the documentation site which it affects (e.g. a blog post about TeamCity integration could be listed on the documentation page for TeamCity integration).

To avoid duplication and maintenance we should define a metadata format for blog post which we parse in Wyam pipelines and later can add to different parts on the website (like we do with extensions)
