Add documentation for Cake Yeoman generator

We should add documentation for Cake Yeoman generator. Information from Blog post and README should be integrated.

If/when this gets added, we should add a mention of @AdmiringWorm yeoman generator as well.

@AdmiringWorm generator probably better fits into documentation how to write addins. I've mention it in https://github.com/cake-build/website/issues/1049
