add F24 key

Was playing around with capsicain and noticed that there was no F24, so I added it.

The exe is straight to release compilation from VS2022, I saw it being uploaded with commits so I did, not sure if you want to recompile it yourself.

Also, the SC_E0LSHF change is an invisible character to make it UTF-8 correct, not sure why it changed but when I was reviewing the PR I noticed that the encoding broke, so I amended it.
