Update altitudes.sh

Now accepts a range argument; if one isn't supplied, defaults to 230. Output filename improved, now has the date and the range in the filename send to /results. Changed output folder from /run/dump1090-fa/ to /usr/share/skyaware/html/plots/ for consistency with polar.sh.
