Created interface, disacoupled and made some changes in plugin loader

Made few changes to Reduce acoupling and applied some enhancements in dependency inversion implementing an common interface to ensure that all the plugins will have the same methods.

That's nothing! ;D i'm working in a project that uses DPWO in a geographical context with a mass of AP data, when i have some free time i'll create another fork and commit them, if you like it then you merge it.

About the ap mass data, i'll find some time to edit (remove some sensitive data) and share it in https://github.com/caioluders/DPWO/issues/13, don't remember exactly number but it's some thousands of ap's that i collected and still collecting.
