Can't set/use shortcut <CTRL, CMD, ETC> + Space

Bug description

Trying to input a modifier + space shortcut doesn't seem to take it all the time. When it does, it seems to report it as UNDEFINED for some OS/Browser (Linux with Brave confirmed).

How to reproduce

1. Go to shortcut
2. Try to set one to CTRL + Space
