Added new commentfinder workflow
Hello, good day, I hope you all are doing well. I’m looking to contribute to the workflows of Caido. I came across the separate note about using the store to publish workflows and am currently waiting for the guide. In the meantime, I would appreciate any suggestions for improvements. I consider myself to be in the very beginning of the learning process. Thank you.

👋 Thanks a lot for your contribution. Since this PR was opened, the project structure for workflows has changed quite a bit, and we’re doing some cleanup to keep it up to date. I’m going to close this one for now, feel free to reopen or submit a new PR if you’d like to revisit the idea
