Compress Learnings

add a "compress learnings" button to the learnings tab that takes all the learnings, compresses and summarizes them into a more concise set of learnings. After the compress learnings button is pressed, it should pop up a modal that allows the user to provide a summary of what to focus on or how to compress the learning. If the user provides that learning, append it to this prompt:

Compress the following learnings into a set of concise, organized learnings. Focus on technical details, deduplication, overarching principles, and general purpose of the application. 

Then pass in all the learnings. Clear all learnings and re-create the learning DB with the output of that query.
