Include scanner name in reporter

Makes it easier to get an overview of the findings

We probably don't want each check to be its reporter by default but we should make the reporter configurable. We are also working on a concept of preset to include a couple of scan rules in "buckets"

Makes sense. Was just a simple thing I did in my private fork as I have some useful but noisy checks there that made it hard to see the rest of the findings
