Allow user to know if a request has been checked by the passive checks

Right now it is not really possible to know if a given request has had passive checks ran on it. We should store at minimum a count of that. Ideally once we add metadata support on the request this can be added directly there, for now this could be a custom view on the request panel with details of the scans ran.
