[REQ] Add Links under Help in App to FB & Github Bug report page

Describe the solution you'd like On QZ under Menu/Help: Please add links to the QZ Facebook group and to this Github page: https://github.com/cagnulein/qdomyos-zwift/wiki/How-do-i-get-the-debug-log-in-case-something-doesn't-work%3F.

In the new guide I say that Help: "... provides a link to the QZ website with the QZ User Guide [currently just for Echelon bikes but a complete guide is in progress], a link to the QZ Facebook group and a link to this GitHub form for filing bug reports and feature requests.

The app needs to include those under Help. Then you can just tell people to click on the bug report link under Help in QZ to file a report.
