[BUG] Deleted Profile's Name Remains

Describe the bug

I deleted all the profiles I had created and named but then at the top, where it originally said: "Profile name default/SAVE" it now said "No Equipment" (the name of the last profile I used, but had deleted). I changed the name to "Default" but this made me think that my deleted No Equipment profile was still active.

I suggest if possible, that when all profiles are deleted, the name at the top goes back to "default" for confidence that no Profile is active.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create and name several profiles
2. Delete them all
3. Click on Profiles
4. See the name at the top where it used to say default is the name of the last used profile

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. I expected that it would revert to the empty "default" Profile, not the one I had created, named and deleted.
