V3 big refactor

I am currently working on v3 (slowed down by school) and so heres a task list

  • [x] refactor connection
  • [x] refactor client etc
  • [ ] refactor the rest of the API

~~refactor all commands~~ ~~make a webui frontend~~

refactoring all commands to a large extent will come in v4 along with custom script support, commands will still be refactored but not the command system.
